Program Champion
Program champion (PC) is the first rung on our clinical career ladder. The PC serves as the center team’s motivator supporting core programs from inception through team training, team commitment and program progression.

Clinical specialists (CS) enhance SunDance’s core programs via educational opportunities with center staff about clinical initiatives and specialty rehab programs. Strategically placed within geographic areas, clinical specialists bring their expertise and clinical skills with personal visits to centers.
The senior clinical specialist (SCS) role is for clinicians who are talented trainers and coaches and effective in providing seminars for their peers. The SCS takes an active role in mentoring other clinicians and is primarily responsible for conducting CEU seminars, formal training events and consulting throughout a geographical area on rehab specialty areas, core programs and clinical proficiencies.
The lead senior clinical specialist (LSCS) works within a division to organize, lead and advance clinical successes. This individual works closely with the division's management team, clinical director and all specialists to prioritize and organize the clinical activities, resources and the training needed to achieve specific clinical objectives.
The clinical director (CD) role is essential to ensure successful patient outcomes, optimal clinical growth and efficient resource management through a division.The CD is the liaison within a division and serves the entire organization through program design, development and training and performance analysis to obtain standardized and effective clinical practices.
