Meet the Team
Sue Gwyn
Sue has served as President of SunDance Rehabilitation Corporation since 2007. She brings extensive experience in strategic planning, managing multiple business platforms, ranging from ancillary service lines, mergers and acquisitions to sales, business and product development roles. She has a 30 year background in start-up and fast-paced growth environments in both the public and private sectors. Sue is responsible for the overall leadership, architecture and direction of SunDance.
Prior to becoming President of SunDance, Sue served as Senior Vice President of Rehabilitation Services for Harborside Healthcare in
When not at the helm of SunDance, Sue can be found in her garden, cooking for family and friends and on the fitness trail.
Jim Hummer
Jim joined SunDance in 1997 as a Medicare Consultant assisting customers with establishing operational and reimbursement systems and later adjusting for the changes brought on by PPS.
Jim brings over 20 years of experience in the senior care profession to the team. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Gerontology and Masters Degree in Health Services Administration, Jim is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and has practiced in multiple states as an Administrator and as an Executive Director of Assisted Living Communities. For the last eight years Jim has served in various operational leadership roles of increasing responsibility at SunDance.
Jim enjoys spending time with his wife and son, enjoying the great outdoors, working on home improvement projects, and is an avid Buckeye's fan.
Julie Arnold
In 2000, Julie joined SunDance Rehabilitation as VP of Recruitment. During the last 11 years Julie has developed her systems and her staff to be high performing and dedicated to the needs of our residents and clients. Julie has nearly 20 years of experience in our industry. Julie is motivated by action and results.
When she is not at work, Julie enjoys spending time doing activities with her children and supporting her community’s school system.

Linda Karacoloff, Vice President of Clinical Practice and Training
Linda joined SunDance Rehabilitation in 2007 to lead the team of Clinical Directors on the design, development, training and implementation of products, programs and services that optimize patient care and the effectiveness and efficiency of treatment across our disciplines of care.
Linda, a Physical Therapist and educator by background, previously held the roles of Director of Rehabilitation Operations and Practice Standards for Harborside Healthcare, Director of Clinical Practice and Program Development for Prism Rehab Systems, and Associate Director in the Department of Practice for the American Physical Therapy Association.
Linda enjoys hiking and devoting her time as a puppy sitter for the organization, Guiding Eyes for the Blind.
Kathy Usher
Kathy joined SunDance in 1997 and has provided continuous leadership to SunDance in various capacities. She is a licensed Speech Pathologist and also has a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration from
Kathy has worked in long term care operations, quality assurance and compliance for the past 26 years, and has designed and implemented compliance protocols across many settings. In her current capacity, she is responsible for all aspects of compliance and rehab policies in the centers serviced by SunDance Rehabilitation.
Outside of work, Kathy enjoys boating, golf and spending time at her lake house with family and friends.
George Judware
George joined Sundance in 2007 to serve as a key connection between the organization's operations and finance groups. His unique background of accounting, finance, health care reimbursement and operations has greatly assisted in this objective. George has worked in or around the health care industry for the past 26 years.

When not providing service to his many different customers at SunDance, George enjoys playing golf and watching his children compete in their various sporting events.
Rhonda DePaul, Vice President of SunSolutions Consulting
Rhonda brings over 25 years of experience from the healthcare profession including acute care, home care and long-term care. Rhonda is a Registered Nurse and holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management and a Masters Degree in Public Management with a specialty in Health Service Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
Rhonda has extensive experience in PPS operations management, revenue cycle management and facility clinical operations. She educates nursing facilities on a national basis on the MDS 3.0 RAI process as it relates to the Prospective Payment System.
Rhonda is a published author of the “The Mock Survey Toolkit” for HcPro and is a recognized public speaker and has presented at many national and state conferences. Rhonda has launched a national customer educational teleconference series entitled, “Survival of the Fittest” for SunDance Rehabilitation.
